First step for any return process is to contact us at (866) 921-8687 or sales@forbiddenerotics.com for a return authorization number (RMA). Any returned item without a RMA will not be refunded.   

Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee on returns.  This fee is waived if the item is returned due to manufacturer defects or damage in transit.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 10 days to the address on your packing list. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 10 day return period.

In your return package please include:

• Packing List.
• A note telling us what the problem was.
• Your RMA number.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your refund.
